FRENCHTOWN – Two East Orange men have been arrested and charged in connection with sexually-assaulting a teen, Hunterdon County Prosecutor Anthony P. Kearns, III said Tuesday.
Junior A. Desir, 25, and David Dorelas, 22, were charged with one count each of second-degree sexual assault and one count of third-degree endangering the welfare of a child, Kearns said. Desir was charged on Sept. 7 while Dorelas was charged on Thursday.
An investigation by detectives from the Hunterdon County Prosecutor’s Office Special Victims Unit and Frenchtown police revealed that both men had sex with a teen between the ages of 13 and 16, the prosecutor’s office stated.
Their arrest was announced by Kearns, Chief of Detectives John J. Kuczynski and Frenchtown Borough Police Chief Al Kurylka.
