UPDATE ON ASSAULT
On Thursday, January 10, 2013, a report was filed by a 17 year old female that she was attacked and punched in the face. This investigation is closed as that the allegations were found to be false.
Incident: Assault on January 10, 2013
At around 8:30 pm, a 17 year old female was walking to her vehicle via a driveway from her place of employment, when she was punched in the face by an unknown male. The victim was transported to the hospital by her mother. The victim sustained a fractured nose. This incident is being investigated by Ptl. Matthew Kelly.
Description of attacker: Approximately 40 year old male, wearing a baseball cap, white shirt and blue jeans.

Emiliano D. Frete, 31 year old from Allentown, PA was stopped for speeding by Patrolman David Voll on Harrison Street. Contact with Mr. Frete revealed that he never had a driver’s license. Mr. Frete was issued a summons for Speeding, Unlicensed driver, and Operation of a motor vehicle as a non-resident. Subsequently, the vehicle being operated was impounded.
