File of Life

File of Life

We would like to remind everyone about our File of Life program. The packet offered contains 1 Red sticker, 1 Clear/Red folder, 1 card which will contain your vital information. This is a great and easy way for First Responders to get your vital information in the event you are unable to give that information yourself.
The card is filled in with your vital/emergency/medical information and is placed in the folder. The Sticker would then be secured to and the folder placed in an area which can be easily found by First Responders (ex. the refrigerator). For further details contact us at 908-996-2341.
