INCIDENT: Operating a MV while suspended, Child Support Warrant
OFFICER: Ptl. Daniel Titen
ARRESTED: Johel Teo, 46 YOA
INCIDENT NARRATIVE:
While conducting DWI patrol a random plate inquiry on a 2003 Subaru showed the operator to be suspended, along with an active Child Support Warrant. Mr. Teo was arrested and charged with operating a MV while suspended and also for the active Child Support Warrant from Union County. He was later transported to the County Jail on the support warrant in the amount of $11,000.

INCIDENT: Poss. Of Marijuana u/50gr
OFFICER: Ptl. Grant Korten
ARRESTED: Benjamin A. Karmondi, 21 YOA, Bloomsbury, NJ
INCIDENT NARRATIVE:
Patrol was on a DWI detail, observed a 2001 Dodge Pickup making a turn after failing to use the turn signal. Officer Korten smelled an odor of burnt marijuana, which resulted in the arrest of Mr. Karmondi, who was charged with Poss. u/50gr marijuana. He was released pending court.

ARRESTED: Albert B. Schneyer, 36 YOA, Erwinna, PA
INCIDENT NARRATIVE:
While on Patrol a random plate inquiry was made on a 2003 Chrysler when a Contempt of Court Warrant was found on Mr. Schneyer. He was arrested and charged with Contempt of Court, bail was posted. He was released pending court.

INCIDENT: FTA Warrant
OFFICER: Ptl. Robert Young
ARRESTED: Christopher Upshur, 36 YOA, Flemington, NJ
INCIDENT NARRATIVE:
Mr. Upshur was operating a 1997 Toyota, which was stopped for speeding on Harrison St. A check via NJ DMV showed an active warrant in Phillipsburg for Mr. Upshur. Mr. Upshur was arrested, processed and issued a speeding summons for 36mph in a 25mph zone. He was released pending court.
