Lewdness Arrest

DATE: 10-18-17
INCIDENT: 3 Counts of Lewdness
OFFICER: Ptl. Robert Young and Ptl. Dan Titen
ARRESTED: Lee E Shechtman, 27 YOA, Horsham PA
INCIDENT NARRATIVE:
After a 3 month long investigation, Frenchtown Police announce the arrest of Lee E Shechtman. After investigating a report of a male using a Borough Business bathroom, and while doing so, leaving the door open so he could be viewed by the female patron’s and employees, Mr. Shechtman was charged with 3 counts of Lewdness and was released pending court.
